We will employ a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) which is an electrochemical device that collects energy and discharges it later. We will utilize these devices to take advantage of Energy Arbitrage opportunities, buying energy in non-peak hours and then selling it at peak hours to turn a substantial profit. These BESS devices are quick to deploy and remain under oversight requirements.
We will turn the EV Charger into a Trojan Horse for the BESS system. The EV Chargers provide tax benefits for us and provide value to property owners, giving them a no-cost incentive to allow the installation of the charging stations.
